Shipping with Australia

Please note: There are significant postal delays due to COVID-19, Australia Post is estimating a 3-5 days delay depending on the destination. Australia Post Regular Parcel Post (3-6 business days) & Express Post (2-3 business days) options are available. Regular parcel starts at $10 and caps at $20 at 5kg. Express post starts at $15 and caps at $30 at 5kg. For pieces above 5kg, a seperate invoice with the shipping charges will be issued once the item has been packed and ready for shipping. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be shipped out. All domestic parcels will come with parcel tracking and this tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email sent out when a parcel is on its way.
Shipping internationally

Please note: There are significant postal delays due to COVID-19, Australia Post is estimating up to 25 business days depending on the destination. You can find out more at Australia Post under “Standard Parcels”. We ship via Australia Post’s Standard Parcel service, the cost is based on weight and is approximately 10% the cost of the piece. For international orders, please enquire on shipping prices before placing an order. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be shipped out and a tracking number will be sent so you can track its journey.
Do you take custom orders?

See a piece you like but it is no longer available? Drop us an email with a picture of the piece that has caught your fancy. Due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics and crystalline glaze, we can only take expressions on interests at this point. No 2 pieces are identical and this adds to the beauty of it. Once a piece that is similar to the piece that you have requested is a available, we will reach out to inform you.
Click & Collect Option

Click & Collect option is available upon check-out. Please select this at your choice of delivery. Once your order is ready for pick up, an email will be sent to notify that you order is ready for pick up.
